Functional strength and mobility is for Doug the key to living a powerful and complete life. Having the energy, strength and endurance around the movements that we need to perform each day is key to having a fulfilled day. From Doug's Health Coaching background Doug will focus on advice for having a foundation of good sleep, a healthy diet and managing stress which is going to make one perform better in the exercise and fitness goals. Helping clients feel they are in a safe place, Doug is truly understanding what every client's goals are. Not just to words but the actual meaning behind it - their true why. Understanding the goals, Doug will create an achievable and individual fitness plan tailored around every individual’s abilities and goals. By training and working together on a regular basis, Doug can alliterate and monitor every clients’ performance. Focussing on the support and encouragement, Doug will always look into pushing his clients within the boundaries. His over 20 years fitness background of being a semi-professional Rugby player, give him a good understanding of limits, boundaries and the different approaches on how to achieve individual goals!
