About me

With over 8 years in the fitness industry, Richard became a trainer because he wanted to help people learn about themselves and understand the steps they need to take to grow and change their lives for the better. Before becoming a trainer Richard describes himself as overweight, unfit and unhappy about it. After university, over the next two years, he became someone who is now fit and healthy. He aims to help people through their journeys, and wants to help you to continue to grow. For Richard, fitness isn’t just about building muscles or burning fat; it’s about health, mind and body. It’s about how you can make little changes in your life that completely change your direction; it teaches you discipline and consistency, and you learn about yourself and your uniqueness. Richard is friendly and passionate, dedicated and informative. He always aims to help his clients learn more about themselves and the needs of their body's first and foremost. Every session you do is bespoke, created around your goals and needs to provide the best possible workout each time.
