Trevor specialises in strength and flexibility, by focussing in Pilates on postural correction and injury prevention through introducing healthy movement patterns, and in Yoga working on mobility and mind-body integration whilst creating inner stillness and mindfulness. Trevor's area of expertise is healthy human movements and he integrates mind and body in a holistic approach that leads to health and well-being. In a Pilates session the customer will receive a balanced, whole-body workout that focuses on re-balancing the body. Through a combination of strengthening weak areas and releasing tight areas the body will be tuned up to create healthy movement, strong joints and healthy posture. In a Yoga session the customer can expect a centring session that calms the mind and releases tension in the body. Depending on the style of Yoga that the customer chooses the session will either relax or invigorate. Trevor conducts a detailed goal analysis during the first session and the program is tailored towards achieving those goals.
