Chaeli first discovered her love of Pilates in 2012 following orders from her Physiotherapist to incorporate more movement into her everyday life. Believe it or not, she used to be a desk sitter and had all the issues that came with it; back pain, a limited range of mobility and bad posture. When you book a session with Chaeli you can expect an empathetic instructor who has been where a great deal of you currently are. She will work through your goals, celebrate every milestone and help you achieving the best results. Developing your core strength, flexibility, mobility and overall well being by training you in Pilates and with elements of Functional Exercise. Chaeli likes to move the body in fun ways and can incorporate some other practice into a Pilates sessions such as Animal Flow and mobility drills.
