I target my sessions based on each clients’ specific goals and needs. I developed the ability to change training plans according on how my students feel on a specific day by offering progressions, regressions or adaptations. I base my teaching on the 6 pilates principles of control, centering, concentration, precision, breathing and, when available, flow. If ok with clients, I like a hands-on approach as I believe that manual corrections make a lot of sense. Nonetheless, over the years I developed clear and precise cues to guide people through movement.
