I use the Pilates principles of concentration, centering, breathing, control, and flow to create dynamic and fun sessions targeted to my client's goals. I believe that training should be most of all safe and functional to the activities of daily living. My sessions are challenging jet available to most people as Pilates exercises can be easily modified, adapted, and progressed
