Active and creative sequences with breath increases feelings of happiness and relaxation
Movement and physical activity has been part of her life. She is a trainer dancer in multiple dance forms and was enticed by the art of pole fit and trained this practice for around 3 years and after several injuries, she began her yoga journey. Trained at the well reputed “Fabryka Energii” for Iyengar yoga in Poland, she realised that yoga is much more than just keeping your body fit. She started to notice the blissful impact of yoga; not only on her injured body, but also on her stressed mind. This soon lead to pursuing YTT certification. She combines active sequences with power movements and other time passive and restorative practice with breathing exercises. Malgorzata always pays attention to her clients’ individual needs, abilities and even the mood in the particular moment by keeping them motivated and interested in the part of the training and improvement process.
