Bianca's yoga journey began over 10 years ago, when she experimented with various yoga styles before living like an authentic yogi in an Ashram in India, fully immersing myself in the study and different aspects of the practice. She specialises in alignment based flow (strong and dynamic practice), but also Yin Yoga or more gently practice (depending on the need of the client). Bianca also teaches breathing and meditation technique to help alleviate anxiety and stress. Focusing on alignment and correct postures with particular attention given to breathing techniques to encourage a practice, Bianca is able to take the students to a deeper level of self awareness along with physical and mental well being.
