My yoga journey began over 10 years ago, when I experimented with various yoga styles before living like an authentic yogi in an Ashram in India, fully immersing myself in the study and different aspects of the practice. I specialise in alignment based flow (strong and dynamic practice), but also Yin Yoga or more gently practice (depending on the need of the client). I also teach breathing and meditation technique to help alleviate anxiety and stress. Based in East London, but happy to travel to other areas within zone 1-2.
