Alice is an experienced yoga instructor who specializes in multiple forms of yoga, including power dynamic flows like Vinyasa, Rocket, Ashtanga or relaxed flows like Yin. Alice first starts by outlining a client's aim whether that be to focus on relaxation and mediation or body and core toning. With either approach, Alice is able to make the experience feel like a true workout. Alice believes that the key to a healthy lifestyle is the positive energy gained from movement and breathe within yoga. Her sessions primarily revolve around tuning your energies so that you are relaxed during and after workouts. She has assisted many during her 3 years of yoga instructing and can help you as well.
