10 years of gymnastics gave me a great sense of control and a deeper understanding of how my mind and body are connected. I chose to transfer this energy and channeled it towards a on-going passion of mine, Yoga. I travelled to India where I received my ‘Yoga Alliance 200-Hour’ qualification and was taught by the world's finest instructors, a great honour and a treasured memory. Yoga enables you to intensify your breathing, increase flexibility and increase confidence. I offer multiple styles of yoga each designed to suit a range of requirements. Whether you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or you have been practicing the art for some time now, I can help you develop your skills and overcome any barriers that may stand in your way. Yoga is about creating a healthy mind set as much as increasing your level of fitness and flexibility. My sessions are dynamic, restorative and fun!
