Proudest moment as a Trainer:
The proudest moment in my own fitness journey was committing to a slow but powerful practice of yoga and weight training to build muscle after suffering from anorexia at 19. After making a full mental recovery I had to face how weak and inefficient my body had become. Not only this but I also felt incredibly anxious about exercising as a part of my anorexia disorder was an unhealthy obsession with over-exercising. I had to find the mental strength to keep going and relearn to exercise in a healthy way to reach my goal weight. I reached my goals after 3 months and during that time I began to love the process of exercising, not to burn calories or lose weight, but to keep my body strong and healthy.
