Proudest moment as a Trainer:
The proudest moment in my own fitness journey was committing to a slow but powerful practice of yoga and weight training to build muscle after suffering from anorexia at 19. After making a full mental recovery I had to face how weak and inefficient my body had become. Not only this but I also felt incredibly anxious about exercising as a part of my anorexia disorder was an unhealthy obsession with over-exercising. I had to find the mental strength to keep going and relearn to exercise in a healthy way to reach my goal weight. I reached my goals after 3 months and during that time I began to love the process of exercising, not to burn calories or lose weight, but to keep my body strong and healthy.

What makes me unique as an instructor is my relationships with my clients. I tailor each session to each individuals specific needs and goals, both physical and mental. I go the extra mile to make each student feel they have received the maximum benefit from the class by creating unique sequences that are aimed to fit what my student wants to achieve from yoga. Moreover, My classes go beyond the yoga Mat; I give each student, techniques, poses, and practices to use in their day to day lives to help them feeling energised and healthy throughout the day.
