About me

Luke’s passion for skiing and sports competitions gives the sessions a lot of adventures, proficiency and dynamic. The goals of body transformation, health improving and strengthening are supported and additoned by the goals of getting self confidence and stress releasing. The combination of resistance training, core work with boxing is a method to achieve powerful workouts and using stress relieving boxing techniques as part of the cardio workout. Luke’s experience allows to train beginners and intermediate people, so that everyone with every fitness level receives the right and challenging fitness and workout plans.
