A Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher and a Massage Therapist with a background in Psychology and a passion for Health & Wellbeing. Nina has spent 6 years training under various yoga teachers in London, Dubai, Sydney & India. Nina has been blessed to delve into many different styles of Yoga broadening and deepening her knowledge about the theory and practice of Yoga. Nina incorporates her love for movement, flow and dance into her Yoga routines and believes strongly in practising Yoga on and off of the mat. Nina is devoted to guiding people through journeys of self-discovery and growth while addressing the importance of mental and physical wellbeing. Alignment, breathing and flowing movements are the keys in Nina’s sessions to build strength, prevent injury and get Yoga as a routine for your daily flow which are all influenced by different Yoga styles from London, Dubai, Australia and India! Nina’s Psychology and Dance background helps her to understand your needs and your progresses, mentally and physically to tailor all sessions around you. Focussing on breathing techniques, Nina’s goal after every session is your wellbeing, feeling being upbeat about what you do and you being ultimately happy and fulfilled. Including knowledge about Nutrition, Nina will help you to understand how to eat wholesome as it is very integral to sustaining a fit and agile physical body and mind.
