As a former dancer and as a dance teacher/choreographer, Gloria has developed over the years deep acknowledge in anything related to body conditioning and technique improvement for dancers. She has been invited to guest teach correct and safe body conditioning for dancers (with the extra focus on improving dance technique itself) to several events and academies in Europe. Going deep into her pilates and postural study and research, she’s also seen how much a correct approach to body movement can also prevent injuries and/or rehabilitate after an injury. As a pilates teacher, her main interest and specialisation is Pre/Post Natal and Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions. She is also a doula in training and having gone through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum herself, her mission is to help women through their journey with tailored-made sessions.
