My approach to fitness is to make it as playful as possible, whilst prioritising function first - enabling clients to explore the countless movements our body is capable of.? I have immersed my self in a myriad of sports and fitness practices such as: gymnastics, weightlifting, yoga , functional training, calisthenics, football and CrossFit - which give me the tools to offer and “effective” diverse session to my clients. I am also a integrative nutrition health coach, which enables me to provide nutritional and health support from a holistic perspective. I believe nourishment doesn’t just come in the form of food but also through physical activity, recovery, relationships and career, so I also have the tools to support clients through these areas as well as nutritionally - moving you closer to being the best version of yourself.
