Having immersed himself in a myriad of sports and fitness and practices such as gymnastics, weightlifting, Yoga, Functional Training, Calisthenics, Football, and Crossfit, Micah’s classes are always effective and diverse. Micah’s approach to fitness is to make it as playful as possible, whilst prioritising function first by enabling clients to explore the countless movements their bodies are capable of. He is also an integrative nutrition health coach, which enables him to provide nutritional and health support from a holistic perspective. Micah believes that nourishment doesn’t just come in the form of food but also through physical activity, recovery, relationships, and career; having the tools to support clients through these areas as well as nutritionally, clients can expect to move closer to being the best version of themselves.
