I teach a variety of disciplines and I incorporate different styles of yoga during my classes. Breath is the most important aspect of any yoga class and something I heavily focus on for a more physically and mentally effective practice. I bring back the importance of correct technique and foundations to a yoga practice. Mastering from the ground up is important not only in yoga but in life! I am approachable and encouraging. I like to provide hands on adjustments, if desired, to help students see what they are capable of. I also like to provide a head message at the end of each class! I have many years experience of yoga and the body, after being trained as a dancer and swimmer. I create a safe space for clients to practice yoga in its truest form. Whether that be focusing solely on the physical movements of yoga or quietening the mind, or both. You can expect a comprehensive and balanced class.
