My sessions combine Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation they are strong and well paced energetic flow of postures sewn together by the breath, spiced with elements of music, mantra, mudra and traditional yoga philosophy.I will create a space where students can touch base with themselves, to let the lightness flow in and out, a nourishing and nurturing opportunity in our day to align with our true vital selves, to uncover our own patterns and limitations through self inquiry and taking moments to witness and acknowledge and move beyond in to new parts of the self still undiscovered. Feel supported, motivated and inspired to delve deeper into your personal journey of self discovery and find the wisdom you seek to empower your life and the lives of others. Options will be offered for beginners and more experienced yogis who are looking to challenge themselves.
