Proudest moment as a Trainer:
When my first client (overweight, with poor fitness scores) passed all physical exams and got accepted into the marines. The joy and excitement he portrayed after realising how far he'd come invokes tremendous pride whenever I recall the memory.


My commitment to you

A typical session with me would be a full-body workout, starting with a warm-up to improve mobility and prime the body for the workout. Then a full body resistance workout followed by as much or as little endurance training as needed. Finally ending with a cool down to both assist with recovery and improve flexibility.
