I competed nationally as a swimmer, it was an honour to represent Italy has is the path that inspired me to use pass on my knowledge of fitness and the body. Ironically as a swimmer you are required to spend more time in the gym than the pool, I worked out three times a week, I am very driven, passionate and ready to show you what it takes to become your best self. I will tailor each session to you and access your current fitness level, we will be able to create a plan that enable you to see lasting results fast. My sessions are high intensity full of variety and fun! I can offer health tips based on a Vegan diet, this will be designed to complement your workout and add a level of creativity to your everyday intake.
