By motivational and varied session forms, Zoe will design the trainings all around the strength, cardio, stretching and movement elements of dancing for you. The aspect of dancing and realizing the movement of your body is an important element in Zoe’s sessions to keep you even more motivated and focussed on your goals. If you are a music lover Zoe is very happy to integrate your favorite songs to the trainings to tailor also the fun aspect of her sessions toward your passions.
