Harriet specialises in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Her teaching and practise is centred around form and striving to help others achieve the best Asana. Harriet is driven and patience, she excels at stowing confidence within people and encouraging people to push their boundaries. Ultimately her sessions are tailored to what the client would like, so if the client would like a more intense and power-driven yoga session or a more relaxing slower session, Harriet will adapt to meet the request. Harriet is friendly, understanding and sensitive, aware of other people reactions and emotions.
