I have a true passion for martial arts and have been boxing for the last 8 years. I have been in numerous competitions, such as 3 amateur semi pro fights. My passion for martial arts blossomed when I was in school studying sport science. I knew I wanted to continue learning and helping people even after University ended, so I decided to become a personal trainer. I believe martial arts helps everything in my life make sense. I make sure every one of my sessions are challenging and extremely empowering. I work with any level, whether you’re a beginner or a pro, and my sessions are all about understanding how the body moves and works. My goal is to assist my clients in reaching the greatest versions of themselves through wellness, mindfulness, nutrition, and physical fitness.
