Experienced in designing and coaching bespoke strength & conditioning training while providing health and nutrition programming, goal setting and monitoring services. Ron incorporates traditional elements of Strength and Conditioning, injury prevention/rehabilitation and posture correction, often fused with martial-art fundamentals and movement patterns, neuromuscular and locomotion training, callisthenics and breath.
