My sessions are technique based and results driven. Learn new skills and enjoy a variety of workouts all centred around you. Each session will offer a range of challenges, designed to help you become progressively fitter and more confident. Work on your breathing and understand how to use your body to engage every muscle, this will help assist you when building strength and correcting technique. If you join me for a boxing session, you will be coached to a level that allows you to advance skills at an accelerated rate, skills such as footwork, agility and coordination. I have competed on an international level and want to share what I have learnt.
