I’m a Personal Trainer with over 7-years experience in the fitness industry. I’ve been into health and fitness from an early age, starting off playing Tennis professionally before discovering martial art and personal training. I often use a mixture of different types of training to get my clients achieve their goals and get them into the best shape possible, often incorporating HIIT, bodyweight training, boxing drills and Muay Thai.
