Yoga for me is not just about physical exercise but became a necessity for me to help manage my own mental health and so my style of yoga classes were born out of a need to keep ourselves calm in the face of an ever-changing and challenging world without taking life (or yoga) too seriously! This class will be an hour to chill the mind, remove any negative emotion that can be stored within the body, and build upon your mental wealth. The classes are themed to help you manage stress, manage anxiety, and build resilience towards life’s ups and downs and will teach you tools to also use outside of class.
