My proudest (and one of my happiest) moments was my first trip to Thailand to train Muay Thai. It was my first solo long haul trip and I learnt so much. Both about Muay Thai, but also about myself. That trip not only humbled me, but taught me that I can achieve anything I can put my mind to.
