Biography

Miriam teaches Yoga with a view to improving functional mobility and building strength through the body whilst finding meditative elements to the movement and thus allowing ourselves to relax and release tension. Her way to become a Yoga teacher started from personal experiences how Yoga and Meditation can help to improve mental and physical health. Undertaking advanced anatomy training to understand how to practice yoga and train the body if you are hypermobile helped Miriam to gain the knowledge about bodies to get the right and individual sessions. Dynamic and relaxing exercises in Miriam’s sessions bring the balance between challenges and relaxation methods for every clients' individual needs and body types.
