About me

I structure my classes in a way that is playful and energetic yet also calming for the nervous system. My aim is for clients to finish the session feeling confident and empowered in their bodies as well as relaxed and grounded. I vary my sessions so that they incorporate both yin and yang elements - a dynamic, strengthening Vinyasa sequence followed by more meditative seated postures designed to open up the body and calm the mind. I have a strong focus in anatomy, and I specifically tailor my teaching towards individual anatomies to find the variation that is right for you. You will leave having learnt more about your own unique body structure. I will work on overall body conditioning - in both strength, flexibility and mobility as well as guidance on de-stress techniques that will help people live more contented, peaceful lives.
