About me

Ellen has always been passionate about health and fitness from a young age. For the past ten years, she has been training in Kickboxing and also competed. Since launching her career as a qualified personal trainer, she worked with a variety of people, from men who want to increase their level of fitness to women keen to lose weight. She specialises in weight loss and conditioning. Ellen's knowledge about nutrition helpes her clients lose body weight by sticking to a clean diet and with strength training.
