I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness from a young age. For the past ten years, I’ve been training in Kickboxing and also competed. Since launching my career as a qualified personal trainer in 2015, I’ve worked with a variety of people, from men who want to increase their level of fitness to women keen to lose weight. I specialise in weight loss and conditioning. I have helped one of my client lose a third of her body weight by sticking to a clean diet and with strength training.
