I have been practicing pilates for 6 years and truly can't live without it. I believe pilates is extremely beneficial for the brain and body, and it has helped me recover fully from body pain that I used to experience on a daily basis. Pilates is a full body exercise and the perfect way to integrate different body movements and mix up different exercises. 3 years after I had been practicing pilates, I knew I wanted to share my love for it and teach and inspire others. My sessions depend on my individual clients needs and my main focus is to work on stability. You will have a fun session, as well as be challenged, energised, and motivated.
