Be Challenged, Energised and Motivated
Elodie has been practicing pilates for six years and she can't live without it. She believes that Pilates is extremely beneficial for the brain and body. Pilates has helped her recover fully from body pain that she used to experience on a daily basis. For her, Pilates is a full body exercise and the perfect way to integrate different body movements and mix up different exercises. Three years after she has been practicing pilates, she knew that she wanted to share her love for it by teaching and inspiring others. Her sessions depend on each individual client’s needs, and her main focus is to work on stability. Clients can expect a fun session and to be challenged, energised, and motivated.
