Mindfulness is in Melinda’s sessions the main instrument to understand your body and surrounding for a better movement flow and connection to your mind. Through your mindfulness, your body will get challenged and your health will be improved physically and mentally. The strength building and core work will challenge your body in Melinda’s sessions, but through meditative and relaxing periods, Melinda will help you find the balance of the physically demanding and the mentally realing elements of Yoga.
