Helena will design each session based on her client, workouts can be as musical or as non - musical as the client wishes. Each sessions will end with breathing exercises, calming down the body and the mind. Helena will start by addressing those small term goals, more achievable on a day to day basis. Having done this, we will then question what the long term, bigger goals are - are these short term goals helping us achieve that end result. Helena offers a friendly approach with a real passion.
