The majority of my training over the past 20 years has been Iyengar Yoga and I regularly attend yoga teachers classes working towards finishing my Iyengar Teacher Training. My yoga qualification is 200 Hours Yoga Alliance Ashtanga Vinyasa. The combination of the Ashtanga and Iyengar enhances my teaching and the student?s understanding of each asana/pose.
