Proudest moment as a Trainer:
Working with a client who had a severe physical disability and really struggled with their health as a result. Together with hard work and discipline, we managed to get her exercising consistently and eventually independently, giving her a better quality of life and improving her health dramatically, which she didn’t think was ever possible.
