I am a Yoga Instructor, Nutritional Advisor, Personal Trainer and Meditation Facilitator. My specialism is Body Transformations through Mindful Movement and Intuitive Eating. I am able to offer traditional PT techniques, such as HIIT sessions, Circuits and body weight exercise, as well as my more specialised areas. I believe in the body’s general instinct toward what is most healthy and beneficial for it/us, when that has gotten out of balance we can often get back there through tweaking our diet, exercise and sleeping patterns. Exercise is proven to be an effective tool in managing stress, anxiety, depression and many common physical ailments as well. Having a strong body and a calm mind allows us to be effective and productive in the world, making us better at home and in business.
