I specialise in strength training and body conditioning in addition to functional training, this can help my clients in daily activities using various equipment and body weights. In my own time I practise Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and Crossfit”. My sessions will be varied, you will be working on a wide range of exercises, tempos and strengths. Perfect for both beginners, experienced athletes and anyone in between. Core control is key it you are looking to improve posture and technique, factors that will help you avoid injuries when we pick up the pace. I have over 5 years Personal training experience, I am also a qualified therapist, sports massage is part of my service, whether you are in training or are looking to pinpoint areas that are feeling tight, increase mobility or in recovery, I will conduct a full body assessment to create a plan that will benefit you. My style of sports massage will be adapted to compliment your current lifestyle.
