About me

Playful sequences building heat and strength in the body, allowing students to push themselves with opportunity for rest offered throughout Restorative: Slower flow to allow for recovery, improved proprioception and awareness of the body and mind, through a combination of dynamic and static stretches. Meditation: Guided meditation using breath and the body as anchor points for concentration to allow for stilling of the mind, hoping to help increase mindfulness and focus in day-to-day life.
