Coming from a performance and competitive background as a rugby player, he is experienced in strength training and functional training, adjusting his training to the client’s goals, whether that be training for a marathon, be better at a sport, or to look better. Qualified to use suspension training,clients can get a killer core workout to make them look better and feel stronger! As a Type 1 diabetic, Ed has good scientific knowledge of exercising with diabetes, which might be useful for some clients. Clients will be able to trust that the sessions are effective and contributing to their goals.
