Coming from a Professional Dance background, Chelsea is really hot on technique and improving strength & flexibility. As a yoga teacher, Chelsea encourages methods to de-stress, improve mobility & find calm on and off the mat. As a Personal Trainer, Chelsea understands the importance of resistance training & bodyweight exercises - the more variety the better! She loves to incorporate all her styles of training into all her sessions, highlighting the benefits of ballet, yoga, improving strength & endurance. Although Chelsea has a calm exterior, she can still get the best out of you and will push you to your limits. Whichever style you choose, Chelsea will focus on technique and smart session planning. She incorporates elements of yoga, ballet, Pilates & strength training into all of my sessions to keep things interesting and to get the most out of sessions.
