Marianna is a confident Barre-Pilates instructor and Yogi. She loves to help her clients achieve their fitness, emotional and wellbeing goals. She specialises in pilates, yoga, pre/post-natal and stretching and can provide a body workout plan, suitable for the comfort and security of your own home.
What is your background in Yoga & Pilates and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been teaching pilates and Barre for the last 6 years, but I trained in Italy first. I then worked for different boutique studios in central London and in the last 3 years I’ve also been teaching yoga, hot yoga, power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Teaching yoga is now my main job.
How do you keep yourself motivated in your fitness lifestyle?
I honestly just listen to my body and follow what my body tells me to do. Some weeks I work out 2-3 times a week and other weeks I prefer to be home relaxing, watching a movie and enjoying a hot bath.
What do you do in your spare time?
I like going to the theatre, eating vegan food, I love the cinema and I love spend time with my 2 cats and dog.
What is your favourite fitness brand and why?
Sweaty Betty is one of my go-to fitness brand as they have comfortable and colourful clothes and they also offer free classes in their boutiques for anyone to attend. I love the idea of making fitness affordable for everyone.
