Who are your favourite clients to train?
Clients who want to achieve results and are willing to train hard are always the best. I enjoy seeing how far a client can progress when they don’t put up any barriers and do everything I throw at them.
What is your biggest success story?
A gentleman client of mine, who despite having a knee injury lost 4kg and reduced body fat within 2 months by combining a simple nutrition plan with some hard gym sessions.
What is your favourite way to train?
I love cross training to mix things up. I try to create quick and effective workouts to fit around my busy lifestyle. Lifting your own body weight is best.
How do you like to relax?
I really enjoy putting my feet up after a hard training session and watching episode after episode of a good series on Netflix.
What is your go to stomach exercise?
The plank, not only does it do your abs but the rest of your body too! Plus there are loads of different variations to mix it up!
What is your fitness background?
Growing up my weekends were full of either athletics/cross country or horse riding! I also played netball at county level and have completed a few triathlons.
