TruBe is excited to announce that we will be running weekly Pop Up training sessions called commit to be fit!
These sessions are open to all fitness levels and abilities. They utilise elements from all our signature workouts including HIIT, toning and conditioning, strength, boxing and yoga. These workouts will give you a well-rounded whole body workout, relevant for all exercise goals.
Our training sessions will get you extending and activating all the right muscles whilst burning energy and having fun. Each session will incorporate partner and team exercises so bring your friends along to make your workout more enjoyable.
Our first session session is on Friday 7th April at 7.30am. This will be a 30 minute HIIT session in Hyde Park with our expert trainer Yolanda, who specialises in Personal Training. She holds extensive skills in calisthenics as well as TRX making her an expert in improving flexibility, strength and muscle tone.
We will be also be holding a second session on this day at 12.30pm. This will be a 45 minute HIIT session at the same location with the same trainer.
High Intensity interval training is scientifically proven to burn more fat than a steady cardio workout by completing a range of interval exercises designed to keep you in your heart rate high and recovery time low to burn more calories. This is a great workout if you want to lose weight and improve your general fitness.
WHAT TO BRING & DO?
- Register for free on EventBrite and bring your confirmation on the day.
- All equipment is provided by TruBe so all you need to do is join us in your gym kit.
- At the end of the session you will be provided with TruBe treats and water to refuel your body.
