Disciplines Include Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Kickboxing, Stretching, Meditation, Ballet fit, Pre/Post Natal Fitness and Pre/Post Natal Wellness.

Virtual training is a great way to connect with real trainers for real results, regardless of your previous training experience. All you need is a device to connect.

Virtual workouts are available for everyone in the household to join in or you can enjoy the 60-minute session 1:1.

In-person sessions will be back available as soon as we can be confident that yours and your trainer’s safety is cared for.

Tier 4- 21st December 2020

Monday, 21st of December, 2020

Outdoor and virtual sessions will remain open for bookings so you can finish 2020 strong and go into 2021 even stronger.

TruBe trainers have been prepped on COVID-19 safety and will work to ensure your safety is prioritised. To aid us with this, sessions can take place just one-to-one outdoors.
To support the guidelines in Tier 4, we advise you to stay in your local area. Outdoor spaces do not include private gardens.

Virtual sessions will continue to run as normal. If you need any support around this, please contact a member of our in-house support team.

Tier 3 – 16th December 2020

As London moves back into Tier 3 this Wednesday, In-person sessions will remain available for bookings. To aid us with this, we recommend that in-person sessions are delivered outdoors where possible.

To support outdoor training, TruBe sessions can now be rescheduled with as little as three hours notice. You can reach out to your trainer using the number provided in the upcoming bookings section of the TruBe app and website (Located in ‘My bookings’)

Virtual sessions will continue to run as normal. This is so you can decide how best to train for you. If you need any help with this, contact a member of our in-house support team.

Tier 2- 2nd December Update

As of the 2nd December your TruBe trainer can continue to be there for you in-person and virtually.

We understand this may be difficult at times, that is why we are here to help. If you develop symptoms or suspect that you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms, please let your TruBe trainer know using the number linked to the booking.

You can request that your session be switched to a virtual session instead of an in-person session. Virtual training is a great way to connect, and you will receive the same benefits without leaving your home. You will be reimbursed the difference, for this you will need to contact a member of the TruBe team via support@trubeapp.com

Alternatively, if there are more than 12 hours remaining you can cancel your session through your account free of charge.

If there is less than 12 hours notice but more than 3 hours before your session is due to commence, you can request for your session to be rescheduled. To do this please contact the trainer through the number provided in the booking with your request to reschedule.

Once confirmed your booking will be amended in the app. Sessions must be rescheduled for within the next 30days of the booking otherwise will be processed as a late cancellation.

You can expect to see enhanced safety measures as part of our in-person training service. TruBe trainers will be conducting daily checks to monitor their health and be operating in a Covid secure manner.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will keep you updated accordingly. In the meantime please contact a member of the TruBe team if you have any questions.

The health and safety of our clients and trainers remain a priority and we would like to thank you for all of your support throughout this time.

If you have any specific hygiene or treatment requests we do ask that you let us know beforehand so that we can pass them on to your trainer.
